It's Just Me & My Buddy (I'm singing!)

Julie is having her angiogram today at The Washington Hospital Center. The procedure determines the best way to approach the aneurysm. She is a potential candidate for the following; coiling, clipping, or re-routing of the carotid artery. Unfortunately, due to the location, there may be nothing they can do. Needless to say, the uncertainty of her future has taken a toll; she is mentally and physically drained. I intend to update you this evening with regards to Dr. Bank's assessment and how she is feeling.

Explaining the situation to everyone over and over is extremely tiresome and keeps her in a funk. To all you that have contacted her in some form, she thanks you. Your support has made a huge difference, it makes her smile and she doesn't feel so alone in all this. The best way to contact her is by email, however, it may take some time before she can respond, please do not let this deter you as it keeps her spirit up! Please post comments, your warm wishes give her warm fuzzies from head to toe!!!

The picture above is of Julie and her younger brother Joey. Her personality really shines through... fun loving, laid back, and mischievous!!! Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

FYI: We nicknamed her cricket in high School... She has the reflexes of "Rain Man", but can't remember how cricket came out of that, but it did!

How did I miss Cricket??!! Well, between pickels on MickeyDs window panes, Mt. Vernon, and ZooMassDestructive Soirees; I'm sure it was all possible. Six hours ahead of you keeps me anxious on the other side of the world for when you wake and when you share more of what you are experiencing. Right now I'm O.C.D cleaning, nursing Marco with a bad case of abdominal pressure, petting my kitty (no pun intended, but here should me, ummkaayyy!!!), an oh! listening to Madonna's 'Material World'. Thought I'd distract you with a day in the life of Chels in Piacenza, Italia. Lara and Julie, my stelle that I will always return to, the water beneath my oars, I love you both, and thank you for starting this Blog for Julie's sake. It is beyond important. Tanti baci e amore d'Italia.
Love, Chelsea

I just wanted to let Julie, Cory and the Warsowick family know that I am thinking about them and praying that today's angiogram goes well and has positive, hopeful results. My family and the Jamestown crew is cheering you on, with memories of trampolining in your backyard, Cabbage Patch Kid Birthdays and gooey brownies. I am proud to report that Julie's house was always so fun to visit in elementary and middle school that I peed my pants every time I was there. You have always had an incredible spirit and energy, please know you can look to others for strength during this time. Please keep us posted, Lara, Lacy and all.

With much love, Margaret McDonnell

Julie-

Just wanted you to know that I'm thinking about you. You are a strong woman, and I have every bit of confidence that you will get through this. You're in my prayers everyday and if I can help in any way, please do not hesitate to ask.

Much love,
